How cancellations and refunds work on EntryNest Premium monthly and annual subscriptions.
Try before you pay
The Free plan has no time limit and no card requirement, so you can see exactly how EntryNest works before subscribing.
14-day refund window
If you're unhappy within 14 days of your first Premium payment, email us and we'll refund it in full, no questions asked.
Annual plans
Beyond the 14-day window, annual subscribers who cancel can request a pro-rata refund for the unused full months remaining in the term.
Monthly plans
Cancelling stops the next charge. The current month isn't refunded beyond the 14-day window, but you keep Premium until the period ends.
How to cancel or request a refund
Cancel any time from your billing page. For a refund, email hello@entrynest.com with the email on your account. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
