Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of entrynest.com and the EntryNest app. By creating an account you agree to them.
1. What EntryNest does
EntryNest is a personal organisation tool. You record dates and documents; we display them and send reminder emails based on the schedule attached to each item.
2. Reminders are a convenience, not a guarantee
We work hard to deliver every reminder on time, but email delivery depends on systems outside our control. You remain responsible for meeting your own deadlines. EntryNest is not liable for any loss arising from a missed, delayed or undelivered reminder.
3. Your account
Keep your login credentials secure and let us know promptly about any unauthorised access. You must be at least 16 years old to hold an account, and the information you provide must be accurate.
4. Acceptable use
Don't upload unlawful content, attempt to access other users' data, probe or disrupt the service, or resell access. We may suspend accounts that breach these rules.
5. Plans and billing
The Free plan is limited to five active items and three stored documents. Premium is billed monthly or annually through Stripe and renews automatically until you cancel. Cancelling stops future charges; you keep Premium until the end of the period you've already paid for. See the refund policy for refunds.
6. Your content
You own everything you upload. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store and display it back to you. We do not use your documents to train models or for advertising.
7. Availability and changes
We aim for continuous availability but may need to take the service down for maintenance. We may change features or these terms; material changes will be announced by email or in the app.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. The service is provided "as is" without warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded by law.
