About EntryNest

Almost everyone has had the same bad week: the passport that expired a month before the trip, the insurance that auto-renewed at double the price, the warranty that ran out four days before the machine broke. None of it happens because people are careless. It happens because the dates live in six different places — a drawer, an inbox, a portal login nobody remembers.

Why we built this

EntryNest exists to collapse that into one list. You add the things that matter, we watch the calendar, and you get an email with enough notice to actually do something about it.

What we believe

Reminders should arrive early. A notice on the day something expires is useless. Ours start weeks or months ahead, depending on how long the renewal really takes.

Your documents are yours. Files live in encrypted private storage that only your account can open. We don't sell data, we don't profile you, and we don't share anything with advertisers.

Free should be genuinely useful. The free plan tracks five items and stores three documents, forever, without a card. Premium is for people tracking a household's worth of dates, not a paywall around the basics.

Where we're going

Next up: shared household tracking so a couple or family can keep one list between them, smarter document reading so dates fill themselves in, and native mobile reminders. If there's something you keep forgetting that we don't handle yet, tell us.
