These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of entrynest.com and related services (the "Service"). By accessing the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility & accounts

You must be 16+ to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for safeguarding your account credentials.

2. Nature of the Service

EntryNest provides educational immigration information, eligibility tools and document templates. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice. Information may not reflect the most recent changes to immigration policy. You are solely responsible for verifying current requirements with the relevant government authority.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to (a) misuse the Service or attempt to access it by means other than the interface and instructions we provide; (b) submit false, misleading or fraudulent information; (c) scrape, copy or otherwise reuse our content without permission; (d) introduce viruses or other harmful code.

4. Subscriptions & payments

Paid plans (where offered) renew automatically until cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. You can cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period.

5. Intellectual property

All content on the Service — including text, design, logos and tools — is owned by EntryNest or its licensors. Limited personal, non-commercial use is permitted; commercial use requires written permission.

6. Third-party services

The Service may link to or rely on third-party services (government portals, payment processors, authentication providers). We are not responsible for third-party content or practices.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ENTRYNEST DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ENTRYNEST WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) USD 50 OR (B) AMOUNTS PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify EntryNest from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of London, UK.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
