Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of entrynest.com, our tools, AI-generated outputs, and related services (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Nature of the Service

EntryNest is an immigration intelligence platform. We provide a visa eligibility checker, country comparison engine, document generator, interview prep, and related tools. EntryNest is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Outputs are structured, informational decision-support — not legal documents and not predictions of any specific immigration outcome.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be 16 or older to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for safeguarding your account credentials. You agree to notify us promptly of any suspected unauthorized access.

3. Applicant responsibility for immigration decisions

You acknowledge that:

  • You are the sole decision-maker for any immigration application you file.
  • Immigration rules, fees, and processing times change frequently. You must verify current requirements with the relevant government portal before filing.
  • EntryNest's outputs are based on the information you supply. Inaccurate or incomplete inputs will produce inaccurate outputs.
  • For complex situations — prior refusals, criminal record, inadmissibility, investor programs, family separation, urgent timelines — you should retain a licensed immigration lawyer or regulated consultant.

4. AI-generated output

Several tools (SOPs, cover letters, interview prep, document review, refusal analyzer) use AI to draft personalized content. You agree that:

  • AI-generated output is a starting point, not a finished filing. You must review every line before submitting any document to a government, sponsor, or third party.
  • AI outputs may contain inaccuracies despite our validation steps. You bear the responsibility for any document you choose to submit.
  • You will not present AI-generated documents as if they were authored by a licensed legal practitioner.
  • You will not use the Service to produce content that is fraudulent, misleading, or designed to deceive an immigration authority.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) misuse the Service or attempt to access it by means other than the interface we provide; (b) submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information; (c) scrape, copy, or reuse our content without permission; (d) reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the rules database, prompts, or model weights; (e) introduce malware or harmful code; (f) use the Service in violation of applicable law.

6. Subscriptions, billing, and refunds

EntryNest offers three plans: Free ($0), Plus ($19/month or $190/year), and Premium ($49/month or $490/year). Plus and Premium are recurring subscriptions billed through Stripe on a monthly or annual cadence. Subscriptions renew automatically at the price shown on the pricing page until you cancel from your dashboard or by emailing us. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the current paid period. Upgrades between plans and between monthly and annual billing are prorated automatically by Stripe. First-time subscribers may request a full refund within 7 days of their initial charge — see the refund policy. Beyond that window, fees are non-refundable except where required by law or where we explicitly offer a refund. Customers who purchased EntryNest under earlier pricing keep the access they originally paid for; their existing entitlements continue to function.

7. Intellectual property

The Service — including the underlying rule set, prompts, tools, design, code, and brand — is owned by EntryNest or its licensors. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the Service. Documents you generate for your own application are yours to use; the underlying templates and structures remain ours.

8. Service availability

We aim to keep the Service available continuously but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or modify features for maintenance, security, or compliance reasons. We will use reasonable efforts to communicate planned downtime.

9. Third-party services

The Service may link to or rely on third-party services (government portals, payment processors, authentication providers, AI model providers). We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, or practices.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ENTRYNEST DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL PRODUCE ANY SPECIFIC IMMIGRATION OUTCOME, INCLUDING VISA APPROVAL.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ENTRYNEST WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUES, OR IMMIGRATION OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) USD 100 OR (B) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold EntryNest harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service, violation of these Terms, or submission of any AI-generated or platform-derived material to a third party.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that creates risk for us or other users. You may close your account at any time.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Toronto, Ontario, except where local law provides you with non-waivable rights to bring proceedings elsewhere.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated in-product or by email. Continued use after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
