Refund Policy

A clear, fair, no-tricks refund policy. We want you to feel safe trying EntryNest.

7-day full refund window

All one-time purchases (Basic, Pro, Bundle) are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of payment, no questions asked. Email us and we'll process it the same business day.

How to request a refund

Email hello@entrynest.com from the address on your account, with your Stripe receipt or order ID. We acknowledge within 24 hours and process via Stripe (5–10 business days back to your card).

What happens to your access

On refund approval, premium tools tied to the refunded purchase are removed from your account automatically. Your free tools, saved eligibility checks and account remain intact.

Outside the 7-day window

We review refund requests after 7 days case-by-case (technical issues, duplicate charges, accessibility blockers). Reach out — we're reasonable people.

Disputes & chargebacks

Please contact us first. Filing a chargeback before talking to us auto-revokes access while the dispute is reviewed by your bank. We almost always resolve issues faster directly.
