Outputs are structured guidance

EntryNest is a decision-support system. An eligibility score reflects how closely your profile matches a program's published criteria. A risk level surfaces factors that historically draw extra scrutiny. A generated document is a starting draft based on your inputs and program requirements. None of these outputs is a guarantee, a prediction of an individual officer's decision, or a substitute for case-specific legal judgment.

Immigration outcomes vary

Visa decisions depend on many factors that EntryNest cannot fully observe — admissibility, prior immigration history, document authenticity, country-pair-specific procedures, evolving caseloads, and individual officer discretion. Two applicants with identical EntryNest scores can receive different decisions.

Accuracy and currency

Immigration rules change frequently. We review country hubs and rule tables on a regular cycle and update immediately when a destination publishes a material change — but fees, thresholds, processing times, and document lists may have shifted since the page was last reviewed. When to retain a licensed practitioner

You should consult a licensed immigration lawyer or regulated consultant — RCIC in Canada, OISC in the UK, MARA in Australia, EOIR-accredited in the U.S., or local equivalent — for any of the following:

• Prior refusals, removals, or inadmissibility findings.
• Criminal record, security-related concerns, or misrepresentation history.
• Investor, entrepreneur, or self-employed programs with significant financial structuring.
• Family separation, urgent humanitarian timelines, or complex sponsorship.
• Any application with substantial personal, financial, or legal stakes.
