EntryNest is a technology platform — an immigration intelligence system that helps people check eligibility, compare pathways, and prepare applications using AI grounded in public immigration rules. EntryNest is not a law firm. The documents linked below set out the legal framework for using the service.

The scope of EntryNest's guidance, why outputs are informational, and when to retain a licensed practitioner.
How content is sourced, generated, reviewed, and corrected — and the rules our AI generation layer must follow.
EntryNest is a technology platform. We provide a structured visa eligibility checker, country comparison engine, document generator, and interview-prep system. Our outputs are decision-support tools, not legal documents.
EntryNest is not a law firm or immigration consultancy. We do not provide legal advice, represent applicants before any government, or guarantee any immigration outcome. Where a question requires legal judgment — admissibility, prior refusals, criminal record, investor structuring, complex sponsorship — we recommend a licensed lawyer or regulated consultant (RCIC in Canada, OISC in the UK, MARA in Australia, EOIR-accredited in the U.S., or equivalent).
You are the decision-maker. Every immigration filing carries personal, financial, and legal consequences. You remain responsible for verifying current requirements with the destination government before applying, for the accuracy of any information you submit, and for the final decision to file.
