About EntryNest

Immigration, restructured for the way people actually move.

EntryNest is an AI-driven immigration intelligence platform built in Toronto. We turn fragmented embassy rules, processing timelines and eligibility criteria into a structured, decision-grade workflow — so applicants can see exactly where they stand, what to do next, and which pathway gives them the best shot.

Our mission

Make global immigration structured, transparent and accessible.

Immigration is one of the most consequential decisions a person will ever make, yet the information sits scattered across embassy PDFs, expat forums, paywalled consultancies and outdated blog posts. EntryNest exists to close that gap. We codify the rules, model the pathways, and give every applicant the same level of clarity a senior consultant would — without the gatekeeping.

Founded in Toronto, Canada

Built in the most immigrant city in the world.

EntryNest was founded in Toronto — a city where more than half the residents were born outside Canada and where immigration is not an abstract policy debate but a daily, lived experience. That context shaped the product. Every week our team watched friends, classmates and colleagues lose time and money trying to answer the same handful of questions: Am I actually eligible? Which pathway is fastest? What does the embassy actually require? When should I apply?

The existing answers were either generic blog content optimised for ads, or thousand-dollar consultations that ended with a PDF checklist. Neither solved the underlying problem: there was no structured decision-making layer between raw government rules and the applicant. EntryNest is that layer — an immigration intelligence platform that combines government data, eligibility logic and AI to deliver a clear recommendation, a realistic timeline, and the documents you actually need.

The company is led by CEO Abdulkeni Abdelwahid, who built EntryNest after years of watching skilled professionals navigate the Canadian and global immigration systems with little more than forum posts and guesswork. Under his leadership the platform has grown from a single eligibility checker into a full suite of tools used by students, skilled workers, digital nomads and families planning moves across Canada, the Schengen Area, the United States, the UK, Australia and the Gulf.

What EntryNest does

A structured replacement for traditional visa consulting.

Instead of paying a consultant to read government websites on your behalf, you use a platform that has already modelled them. Each tool is designed around a specific decision point in an applicant's journey.

Visa eligibility checker

Profile-aware eligibility scoring across 50+ visa categories — Skilled Worker, Express Entry, EB-class, Schengen, Subclass 482/189, digital nomad and more.

Pathway comparison

Side-by-side comparison of work visa pathways, study routes and permanent residency (PR) options across destination countries, ranked by speed, cost and approval confidence.

Application-ready documents

Generate Statements of Purpose, cover letters, document checklists and application packs tailored to the visa you're actually applying for.

AI immigration assistant

Ask plain-language questions and get answers grounded in the rules of the program you're targeting, with the official source linked on every claim.

Costs, timelines & requirements

Live ranges for government fees, processing times and supporting evidence — including Schengen visa requirements, IRCC service standards and USCIS case data.

Interview preparation

Country-specific interview question banks, scenario drills and red-flag detection for consular and PR interviews.

Browse the full suite in the tools library, or jump straight into our most-used country hubs: the Canada immigration guide, the Schengen visa requirements hub, and the United States visa overview.

How it works

From profile to filed application, in one sequence.

  1. 01

    Tell us about your profile

Citizenship, residence, education, work history, family situation and the country you're targeting. No documents required at this stage.

  2. 02

    Get a structured eligibility report

Our engine scores you against every relevant pathway and surfaces the ones where you have a realistic shot — not a vanity score.

  3. 03

    Compare and choose a route

Cost, timeline, refusal risk and post-arrival rights, side by side. Pick the route that fits the life you're trying to build.

  4. 04

    Generate the application pack

Document checklist, SOP, cover letter, interview brief — all aligned to the specific visa code, not a generic template.

  5. 05

    File with confidence

Every claim links back to the official government source. You always know why a recommendation was made.

Trust & methodology

A decision-support platform — not a law firm.

EntryNest does not provide legal advice and we are clear about it. We are an information and decision-support platform. Our recommendations are produced by structured data, rule-based eligibility logic and AI systems trained on published immigration requirements — not by lawyers, and not by paid placements from visa agents.

Every eligibility result is reproducible: the same inputs produce the same outputs, against the same published rules. Every country-specific claim links to the official government source — IRCC, USCIS, GOV.UK, the European Commission, Home Affairs, the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs and equivalent national portals. When rules change, our hubs update, and the change is logged.

For genuinely complex cases — prior refusals, criminal history, investor programs, urgent timelines — we recommend pairing EntryNest's analysis with a licensed practitioner. Our job is to make sure the practitioner starts the conversation with you already informed.

Frequently asked questions

About EntryNest

What is EntryNest?

EntryNest is an AI-driven immigration intelligence platform that helps people check visa eligibility, compare pathways across countries, generate application-ready documents and prepare for consular interviews. It's a structured alternative to traditional visa consulting.

Is EntryNest a visa consultant or law firm?

No. EntryNest is a software platform — not a law firm, immigration consultancy or RCIC. We do not provide legal advice. We provide structured information, eligibility logic and decision-support tools so applicants can make informed choices and, where needed, brief a licensed practitioner more efficiently.

How does EntryNest calculate visa eligibility?

Our visa eligibility checker uses rule-based logic built on top of published government criteria — points systems (CRS, Australia's points test, UK Skilled Worker), salary thresholds, age caps, language requirements and country-pair rules. Soft factors adjust the score within bands. Full details are in our methodology.

Can EntryNest replace an immigration lawyer?

For straightforward cases — clean profile, standard skilled-worker, study or visitor route — many users complete the full process using EntryNest alone. For complex cases involving refusals, inadmissibility, investor programs or urgent appeals, we recommend pairing our platform with a licensed immigration lawyer in the destination country.

Does EntryNest support Canada immigration?

Yes. Canada is one of our deepest hubs, covering Express Entry, PNPs, the Start-up Visa, study permits, work permits and family sponsorship. Start with the Canada immigration guide.

Which countries does EntryNest cover?

Coverage includes Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, the Schengen Area (27 countries), Australia, the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia and growing. Each hub covers the major work visa pathways, study routes, family categories and permanent residency (PR) programs, plus digital nomad visa guides where they exist.

Is EntryNest free to use?

Core tools — including the eligibility checker and country hubs — are free. Premium tools (full pathway reports, document generation, interview prep packs) are part of our Pro plan. See pricing for details.
